Troya has been serving its unique blend of Turkish-Mediterranean fare and hospitality in the Richmond for the last 6 years, and is delighted to open its doors to the Fillmore, featuring Chef Andrew Greene with Sous Chef Duncan Kwitkor. Troya Fillmore brings a different, more modern approach to the Turkish-inspired Mediterranean kitchen, offering local and organic ingredients as often as possible.

The eclectic Wine menu is showcasing top Mediterranean wines as well as other local favorites.

Troy, which had been founded in the year 3,000 B.C., and was demolished and reconstructed nine times until the year 500 A.D. was inhabited continuously for 3,500 years. Located in Turkey, what was once the site of the Trojan war, has now been inhabited - simultaneously, and peacefully - by people from all over the Mediterrenean, from different cultures, religions, and background.

Immortalized by Homer in the Iliad, Troy has inspired great creative artists throughout the world ever since.

We open our doors and invite all to come be inspired by our food - Turkish in essence, encompassing all the Mediterranean flavors.
